is the best of all cheeses. But it has to be melted.

Nah... it has to be Edam cheese.... its the only cheese thats made backwards.

I'm a fan of just about every type of cheese -- pecorino, bocconcini, mozzarella, tasty, cheddar, bleu, camembert, brie, feta, ricotta, etc.

can't do the blue vein..ricotta is too sweet...

<3 for Brie and Camembert tho.

And being dutch, Edam represent :p
