1000W PSU is overkill these days with lower power requirements on gfx cards, even if you added a second GTX 670 card a good 750-850 should be enough, for a single card 550-650 is fine. I run SLI 570 on an 850W and they chew heaps more power than 670's. Could save $50-100

I'm not a huge fan of coolermaster i reckon the corsair carbode series of cases may be a bit better build quality for your money. For a bit extra get a case that has some 180+mm fans, quieter / more efficient / cooler. Corsair Obsidian 650D / Graphite 600T are some of the best towers around I reckon.

X79 platform is probably wasted money for gaming, a Z77 / 3770K is enough to handle anything now or in the near future, save $300 here and get a GTX 680.

I bought The Witcher 2 when it came out, and my pc was too shit to play it even with a lot of unsupported texture changing and thus had to shelve it.

That being said WoW is a hell of a lot smoother now too (100fps instead of 15fps). I can't wait to jump back into d3 also.

The witcher 2 should give you a gfx hardon. Tho I think max settings + uber sampling makes 99% of rigs cry :D

Yeah, i turned FXAA on in the drivers. But think most games ive been playing have it enable.

Everything was running good, i just wanted to give SLI a try.
