Tonberry has been locked down pretty much all early access...but keep trying

Seems we chose good going JP, besides the better pings the US servers have been shitting themselves all weekend, so much rage on forums...

Haven't managed to get on Tonberry yet.. but I'm hoping I can just level up on another server and pay to transfer over later when everything evens out a bit more..
