The in-game cash microtransaction system that was leaked is... not ideal. Probably the one and only true negative I've seen about the game so far, simply because there are a few things in there that I'd really like to have access to and were provided for free in other games.
Guild Wars2 - Beothel (Sylvari Ranger), Ailtrai (Human Engi))
SW:TOR - Beothel (Sith Marauder), Illusia (Chiss Sniper)
LoTRO - Beothel (Human Lore-Master)
WAR - Beothel (Chaos Marauder)

Costuming. They've done it slightly different to every other game that has included it, making it so you can combine two items, choosing the appearance of one and the stats of the other, consuming them both in the process. A cosmetic feature that's should really be included in every MMO with costumes that change as you improve your items, because it adds so much. But forcing you to pay for it is... blergh.

Anything that can be bought in the cash shop can be paid using in game currency :)

thats the perfect kinda stuff you want cash payments for. Cosmetic/vanity only.
